Dear Bright Baby,
Mostly all schools will require first time enrollees for a copy of an NSO birth certificate to serve as proof of your identity and for proper documentation of your school records. So expect that this when you first go to school and or when you transfer schools.
This usually takes place upon enrollment to pre-school, elementary, high school, and college. So make sure that your NSO birth record is correct, because this is where all your school records will be based. Your diploma, form 137, grade records, etc will follow what is written in your birth certificate.
