2. Lost or Mutilated Passports.
Take good care of your passport and avoid exposing it to areas or conditions where it could get wet, burned, or torn. Remember that even if your passport is still valid but the entries could no longer be read, you may not be allowed to use it until a replacement has been issued.
If you are renewing a lost or mutilated passport, you need to have a copy of you PSA birth certificate with you.
